With over two decades of investment banking experience and more than $800 million in transactions advised, Feroz brings deep expertise and a proven track record to every engagement. He has advised clients across multiple jurisdictions on a broad range of matters, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, asset divestments, IPOs, and a variety of other corporate finance matters.
Feroz specialises in advising technology and technology-enabled businesses, with particular focus on Information Technology, Digital Media, and Telecommunications. His transaction experience includes landmark deals such as Dicker Data's acquisition of Express Data and the sale of Exeed Group to Dicker Data — both transactions that reshaped the Australian IT distribution landscape.
